Negyedik vége
Marosvásárhelyről 16 órakor indultunk tovább, a rendőrség felügyelete alatt, akik ezúttal kizárólag a biztonságos közlekedésre figyeltek. Marosszentgyörgyön és Nagyernyében az alpolgármesterek, valamint az unitárius lelkész fogadtak. Ikland, Székelykál és Iszló lakosait a késő délutáni órákban autonómia-kiáltásokkal ráztuk fel a falu csendjéből. Deményháza után eltértünk Mikházára, ahol már órák óta vártak ránk egy kis uzsonnával a helybeli panzióban. Nyárádköszvényes, Nyárádremete lakói közül többen is ismerősökként köszöntek vissza, s kiáltották, h. hallottunk a rádióban, láttunk a tévében stb. Már rég beesteledett, mire Szakadát után befutott a csapat Szovátára. 22 óra el volt múlva, amikor a szovátai helyi önkormányzat épülete előtt találkoztunk a polgármesterrel és több helyi önkormányzati képviselővel. Még mindig zajlott az önkormányzat ülése abban az órákban, ezért nem volt számottevő ez a késői időpont.
A vacsora, kiértékelő után a csapattagok mégsem zuhantak azonnal az ágyba, hanem más helyi vendégekkel közösen még gitározásra is futotta.
Most éppen reggelizünk, s vágunk neki a Bucsinnak. Nem lesz könnyű, és kilométerekben is ez a leghosszabb napunk.
A vásárhelyi rendőrség viszonyulása kapcsán egyfajta válasz a hozzászólásokra: azonnal telefonáltam, és az volt a vélemény, hogy inkább ne húzzunk újjat velük, mert értelmezés kérdése, hogy megbüntethetnek-e vagy sem. Ettől függetlenül a találkozóhelyeken hátrahagytunk a szóróanyagokból. A városvégi fogadtatásunk egyébként jól előkészített volt a helyi közlekedési és közösségi rendőrség, valamint a belügyisek által.
Arról megfeledkeztem, hogy tegnap népes fiatal csapat várt minket helyi kíséretként Vásárhely előtt, s velük együtt mentünk át a városon.

You might want to check into the cost of a battery pack from an electric forklift. Around here you can get a refurbished unit for around $500 with its own charger built in. People put them in cabins because they are extremely difficult to move without a bunch of strong guys or a forklift or winches. Means they are a lot harder for the scavengers? to steal than RV batteries. You keep it topped off with solar, but if it needs a full charge, you do that with the generator every few days.

You’ll have to be more specific on all these problems. It’s a 12volt system that procuces no heat and we used it for 5 years so no I’m not worried about it being in the wall. Also it’s totally fused. Battery box is more than ventilated, it’s outside. So I’m not worried about a fire from the solar system. The stove on the other hand does worry me a little. Not that you can see how it’s setup in the video. Everyone on youtube is suddenly an expert on your setup they’ve seen? for a few minutes… Here is a tip… put your batterys into a marine battery boxes, or fiberglass the bottom of the storage area for them, ( if not, the acid will rot the wood out quickly and drop your batteries to the ground). I have even heard of people storing their batteries in glass baking dishes they bought at a yard sale. I learned the hard way with an over charged battery on the corner? of a P/T deck, it absolutely destroyed the wood ).
